An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a K-12 school setting in Hope Mills, NC. This full-time contract position spans the school year, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 28, 2026. The role involves working onsite to assist a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) across multiple school sites including elementary, middle, and high schools.
Key responsibilities include supporting speech and language interventions, assisting with caseload management, and contributing to individual student therapy plans under the direction of the supervising SLP. This position requires a strong commitment to improving student communication skills in a diverse school environment.
Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLPA license is mandatory
- Experience working in school settings with K-12 students preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
